Basic Service
Exterior inspection checking for security breaches and damage done by nature (roofs, siding, windows) as well as animals and insects
Checking interior windows, doors, walls, ceilings and floors for water intrusion, security and damage
Plumbing. Running showers, tubs, faucets for 3 to 5 minutes and flushing toilets and running garbage disposal
Checking cabinets and vanities
Circuit breaker panel check
Indoor basement perimeter check for water leaks, insects, rodents. Checking water heater, bulkheads, exterior doors for leaks or any any irregularities
Checking electric plugs, switches, fixtures, lights and small appliances (clocks, tv’s etc…
Intermediate Service
Running dishwasher and washing machine through one-hour/economy cycle
Operating heating and air conditioning systems and checking filters
Checking water filtration system
Checking exhaust and appliance vents
Check refrigerator and freezer for temperature control and ice maker units
